coffee farm
We continue the tradition of our grandparents. Café de la Aldea is a unique coffee project in which we bring our grains, with dedication and love, directly from the farm to the cup.
DELICIOUSCafe de la Aldea coffee has a balanced body, a sweet taste with notes of nuts and orange... but best of all, it's the aroma you'll fall madly in love with. | SINGLE ORIGINAll our coffee is of 100% Arabica beans, grown and harvested in our 2-hectare farm in the village of Marmato, in the mountains of the Quindio region, Colombia, at 1,350 meters above sea level. | ARTISANALWe harvest our coffee manually, bean by bean, choosing only the perfectly-ripe berries. For this, we use traditional methods that have been transmitted from generation to generation. This includes 100% of our coffee being sun dried (no machine drying at all). |

FRESHWhile other coffees are storaged for months by various intermediaries, we take our coffee from our farm to your cup in less than a month, achieving an unmatchable freshness. | ECO-FRIENDLYWe implement agricultural best practices that prevent erosion, we clean our residual water using natural methods and our packaging is made from recycled and biodegradable materials. |
